Four people. One discipline. We started after too many years of watching performance work get deprioritised behind feature work.
What we actually do
We take field data seriously and lab data lightly. Most of our engagements begin with a fortnight of RUM collection, because the bottleneck is rarely the one the team assumes.
Selected work
Retail (UK, 4M sessions/month): LCP 4.1s → 1.9s over three releases; image pipeline rewrite and third-party deferral. Publishing (EU): CLS eliminated at template level. Travel (UK): TTFB halved by moving rendering closer to origin data.
